Stem ginger in syrup (Stem ginger, Sugar, Water), Sugar, Gelling agent: Fruit pectin, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Concentrated lemon juice. Prepared with 22g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
